Refund Policy

Astral Signals sells personalized digital products through Gumroad. This policy supplements and does not limit any mandatory consumer rights that apply to you.

One-time personalized reports

Because reports are generated specifically from a customer's birth information, a completed personalized report is generally not returnable once generation has begun or the report has been delivered, except where required by law or where a refund is otherwise approved. If a report is not delivered, is inaccessible, is materially defective, or a duplicate billing error occurs, contact us promptly so we can investigate.

Subscriptions

You may cancel Astral Signals+ at any time using Gumroad's customer management tools. Cancellation prevents future renewals and normally takes effect at the end of the current paid period. Cancellation does not automatically refund a period already paid for unless required by law or approved under the applicable payment-provider rules.

How to request a refund

Contact Astral Signals through the support form with the email address used for the purchase and the order details. Payment reversals and approved refunds are processed through Gumroad.

Mandatory rights

Nothing in this policy excludes statutory withdrawal, refund, or consumer-protection rights that cannot legally be excluded. Where applicable law gives you stronger rights, those rights prevail.

Effect of a refund

If a refund is granted, access to the relevant paid report or subscription may end and future content associated with that purchase may stop.
